Okay Laurel. Yeah I learned a bit especially at the end of this one where she provides a lot of information. I know what you mean about “enjoy” — it’s a tough topic, but she tells the memoir well.

Yeah I agree Brian. I think she had some important issues and stats in this book. I learned a bit from her family & baby’s story. You can read about the statements of the CEO if you google “distressed babies” and AOL. It is hard to imagine a company’s head actually saying something like that.

Yeah Kathy, I hadn’t heard of it either. The CEO’s words enrage me too.

Yeah I think what the CEO said was outrageous! I don’t think he had his head screwed on right. I think he was trying to be boastful, implying that b/c we care about our employees we took care of these medical situations. But it’s crazy what he said. I found her story pretty page-turning, you would probably like it.

On the surface, it sounds as if the actions of AOL’s CEO were outrageous.

The entire story sounds interesting and important.
