Like Alyce I tried Oryx but gave up on it (way too weird) but I did love The Blind Assassin.

I tried to read Oryx and Crake once, but it was very odd and I just wasn’t in the mood. I’m sure I’ll attempt it again someday when I’m feeling up for a challenge. This book seems to fall into that challenging and odd category too. 🙂
